Troy has over 15 years experience working across senior strategic Human Resources and Industrial Relations management roles. A specialist consultant working across multiple industries, Troy possesses organisational change and HR leadership capabilities with excellent analytical, problem solving and planning skills.

Troy builds strong stakeholder engagement and has effective relationships with key networks right across Australia with some of the most influential names in HR & IR. Troy has established expertise in key commercial and operational components of HR, including Employee and Industrial Relations and provides advice that is straight to the point and fit for purpose.
